Do I need a new phone number?

What happens when I answer?
When your phone rings you hear a short announcement. Press 1 and you're connected to the caller as normal. If you don't press 1, AnsweredAI takes the call.
Do callers know they're talking to an AI?
Yes. The assistant introduces itself as a virtual assistant and tells callers the call is recorded.
How quickly do I get messages?
Usually within a minute of the call ending, by WhatsApp and email.
How long do you keep recordings?
Recordings and transcripts are deleted automatically after 7 days. The written message stays in your inbox until you delete it.
Can I change the greeting?
